Celebrating 17 years with the Church in Sucre

Greetings to all in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. May His Peace and infinite love always be in your hearts and lives. Thank you for your help so that we can continue in Tarija, announcing the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. God is good and is helping us so that we can continue to persevere in faith and patiently wait for people to react to the message of the gospel.

In August I was invited to the 17th anniversary of the Church of Christ in Sucre. It was a nice time to be able to share with them. It was very encouraging for me to see many brothers consolidated in the faith and new families attending the Church. I felt very happy seeing the hand of God in the families that are leading the Church.

On August 11, the Lord added Brother Godofredo Musua to His church. He attended the Church in Tarija regularly for two years until he made the decision to be baptized. I ask for your prayers for him and his family who are going through difficult times financially. The situation is difficult due to the social and political problems that we are experiencing now in Bolivia. Many normal household food and products have doubled due to the lack of dollars and fuel. The country is very unstable due to these situations with many clashes between social groups who seek power.

In September, I took some time with the men of the Church in Sucre. We traveled to the Chapare and to the Ichilo River to fish. It was a time of great peace and tranquility for me to enjoy the time with the brothers of Sucre. They always take this time once a year to share with more men of the Church.

On September 28, brother Galo Tumiri invited me so that I could celebrate the marriage union of his youngest son Alex Tumiri to Yolamda Isla. I went with Mary and Nehemías, since almost the entire month of September I spent outside of Tarija.

Thank you for your love and for continuing to pray for us, may God always bless your lives in their unfathomable riches in Jesus.
